What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit cards.

What happens if you do not have the game I am looking for?

We can get most games within 2 weeks if not sooner

What happens if we damage a game while playing?

We understand accidents may happen but intentional damage may result in a charge for the game.

How much will it cost to play a game?

From 10am - 4pm it is free to play games. After 4pm on Thursday there is a charge of  $5 a person to play.

Can I pick the game I want to play?

We are expanding the range of games in our library all the time. When booking a table you can request a specific game or games. We can’t guarantee your request but will certainly do our best. We recommend always having a couple of options in mind.

Do you have food we can buy?

We are associated with The Artisan Cafe and have a seasonal menu to chose your drinks, snacks and meals from. You can eat your meal in the Lost Dice or the Cafe.

I have a dietary requirement. Can you still feed me?

We cater for most dietary requirements, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Unfortunately you cannot bring your own food and drinks with you. We have a great menu to select from.

Can I book The Lost Dice for my own function?

You can hire the The Lost Dice for parties, corporate events, game group meet ups, etc for your exclusive use.  Larger groups can be accommodated in The Artisan Cafe. Packages are available.

Can I open a new game to play?

Yes as long as it is not already in the library of games. Please ask before you open a new game
